I'm looking for an alternative to manufactured housing

Believe it or not, many of the homes we build are comparably priced tomanufactured housing and modular homes.

It's important to remember that the cost of the home is only one factor in your overall cost picture. No matter what kind of home you choose, it will still be necessary to have land, a water supply and a septic or sewer connection. Don't be mislead by the low up front costs of manufactured or modular homes. Be sure you understand all the costs involved before you sign on the dotted line.
